Hiring for a Sales Person /Lead Generator in Comber Road, Lisburn. The client provides specialist plant machinery and wooden edging products. 

This will be a permanent role with my client and it will be an office based position. Up to £28k salary and also a commission bonus of 3% over your targeted sales. Working on lead generation and making introductions, using CRM software and must be handy with social media apps and web searching. Good dynamic attitude. The day to day work will involve cold calling prospective clients and making introductions to my clients wood edging products website and building a database of potential new clients. 

• Previous Administration and I.T experience. 

• Previous Sales experience  

• Lead Generation 

• Knowledge of construction material products (Woodworking Industry Preferred but not essential)

• Excellent Communication skills both written and oral. 

• Taking phone calls and processing orders for new and existing customers

• Providing swatches of different colors and helping customers 

• Working within a fast-paced environment

• A minimum of 1 years experience working in an Admin / Sales / Trade Counter Assistant role

• Solid Organisational Skills 

-This position requires someone to be the face of the business. Greeting customers as they arrive, helping them with color swatches and sizes for the products. Updating the I.T systems with new and previous orders. Taking inbound and making outbound calls to build a new customer base. 

-This candidate will be expected to grow and develop customer relationships with past and present customers as well as the added responsibility of re-engaging non-spending customers.

  • Dealing with inbound B2B sales.
  • Dealing with customers both in a sales and a customer service capacity to provide commercially aware quotes to customers using solid business acumen.
  • Identifying new areas of growth with current customers such as additional products with the aim to increase customers’ average spend per month.
  • Building strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Answering all email enquiries.
  • Following up on quotes produced and all leads.
  • Making outbound phone calls to past and present customers.
  • Re-engaging with customers that have not spent time with the company in some time.
  • Contacting dormant accounts, establishing a reason why they are no longer spending, and re-establishing a relationship with them.
  • Building relationships with new accounts and increasing the number of active customers.
  • Working to targets including call volume, profitability, and value.
  • Working within a team and managing your own workload.
  • Using a CRM system to record details and provide information across the business.
  • Maintaining and expanding the existing customer database through a CRM system.
  • Learning the product range and being able to prepare customer quotations.
  • Working with key suppliers to expand industry knowledge.
  • Other duties as and when required.
