Mechanical Package Manager HVAC wanted for a large Pharma project in Blanchardstown, Dublin for one of Irelands biggest Building and Engineering companies. Contractor or PAYE positions available with amazing packages on offer. Lengthy career for the right canditate.
Trade or Mechanical Engineering background with a proven track record in managing the full Mechanical HVAC installations in Pharma (ideally) environments or other similar industries. At least 5 years Mechanical Package Manager experience.
- Take the Mechanical package from the ground to Handover.
- Managing the package team to deliver the required package documents (specifications, design, technical documents, variations, certificates, etc.)
- Mechanical HVAC Package Management experience, delivering a similar package on a Pharma project
- Raise, manage and monitor ‘Technical Queries’ and Requests for Information (RFI’s) as required.
- Undertaking surveys to identify scopes of works
- Completing risk assessments, reports and other documents as required.
- Liaison with sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure order completeness, spec compliance and interface with HVAC and construction elements.
- Manage the installation and delivery of M&E co-ordinated installation drawings to programme and budget.
- Checking and sign off of co-ordinated installation drawings for design compliance, good engineering practice, operation, maintainability and CDM
- Management of Site QA in conjunction with the Mechanical Construction Manager including set up, management and close out of file.
- Management of sub-contractor activities including tracking progress against schedule and manpower levels.
- Management of HVAC, CDP Specialists such as Sprinklers, BMS etc
