Electrical BMS Controls Manager wanted for a large Pharma project in Blanchardstown, Dublin for one of Irelands biggest Building and Engineering companies. Contractor or PAYE positions available with amazing packages on offer. Lengthy career for the right canditate.
Trade or Electrical background with a proven track record in managing the full Electrical BMS in Pharma (ideally) environments or other similar industries. At least 5 years Electrical BMS Controls Manager experience.
Requirements:
- Control and monitor a building’s electrical equipment such as ventilation, lighting, energy, fire systems, and security systems
- Electrical bias with ability to head up major E&I packages from precommissioning to turnover
- LV / E&I / I&C experience
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of BMS control systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
- Pharma Experience
- Completing risk assessments, reports and other documents as required
- MEP Management experience
- Design, install, and commission the system that controls a building’s environment
- Monitor and manage Lighting, ventilation, security, heating, water and fire systems through a central system
- Producing design documents for BMS
- Using software to design digital versions of building management systems based on project documentation
- Conducting site surveys before installation of BMS takes place, or after a system has been installed to check that it is functioning properly
- Commissioning new BMS software
