CSA Quantity Surveyor wanted for a large Pharma project in Limerick for one of Irelands biggest Building and Engineering companies. Contractor or PAYE positions available with amazing packages on offer. Lengthy career for the right canditate. At least 5 years CSA Quantity Surveyor experience required
Role & Requirements
- Degree qualified in either Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
- Prepare tender enquiry packages for CSA contracts.
- Ability to identify potential commercial risks and ensure prompt reporting
- Estimating
- Pharmaceutical, semi-conductor experience would be advantageous
- Completing BOQ’s, competence in assessing contract documents and contract requirements
- Complete day works, unit rate work, contract work. Identify escalations, material or labour
- Ensure compliance with Contract Programme /Schedule
- Scheduling and Reporting on Construction Progress
- Managing and forecasting the Cash flow of both projects and the business.
- Cost Management
- Manage subcontractor accounts, interim valuations and final accounts. Ensure payment certificates are processed and payments are made per the agreed sub-contract and procurement terms. Retentions apply as per agreements.
- Administration of reporting of contract packages in the field, including assessment of variations, progress measurement, assessment and agreement of final accounts
- Cost reporting, preparation of change notices, and all contract administration during installation and construction until handover
