Hiring for a MEP Senior QS to commercially support a large Data Centre Project in Dublin for a Main Contractor.
Hybrid position – Salary €90-100k + yearly pay increase and list of benefits below
Role
Working within & assisting the commercial & construction team to ensure a successful DC project is delivered, while maintaining relationships, maximising commercial returns and managing risk.
Your day to day will include:
- Feasibility, Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project.
- Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities.
- Liaise with clients, contractors and subcontractors to ensure the budget requirements are met.
- Manage cash flow for large MEP packages throughout delivery
- Compile and issue commercial reports to the project leadership team for CVR’s
Experience & Skills
- Have experience commercially managing, high value M&E works
- Are proficient in the use of MS Office, with a focus on Excel.
- Are degree qualified and able to demonstrate strong communication.
Qualifications
- Academic and/or Professional qualification in construction related subjects. Ideally chartered
