Seeking 2x Turnover Engineers for a Large Pharma Project In Blanchardstown, Dublin for a Building and Engineering company. Contractor up to €70 per hour, 45 hours per week or PAYE positions available. Candidates must have a wealth of Pharma project experience.
Responsibilities
- Supports the turnover scope with Engineering, Construction and CQV.
- Coordinating review of drawings and documents as applicable (e.g. Engineering, C&Q)
- Ensure the correct formatting of documentation from Vendors prior to handover
- Preparation and support of system boundaries for process and non-process systems
- Management and direction of Completions Walkdowns, including capture of punch items
- Processing and preparation of mechanical completion certificates
- Punchlist Management
- Ensuring sign-offs of turnover packs, as per project schedule requirements
- Preparation of Construction Turnover Packages (CTOP)
- Receipt and processing of construction dossiers from contractors
Qualifications
- Demonstrable years of experience gained within a Life Sciences environment
- Experience as Turnover Engineer
- Familiarity with Punchlists
- Ability to work independently, ability to work under pressure
- Good communication and organizational skills
